Visit Mark Love’s home and you will see his artful touch in each piece of furniture he creates. I traveled with my friend Jessica to Mark’s Wimberly home yesterday to take marketing photos for a TV show pitch she is preparing. We were met with a friendly kiss from Sugar (a lovely retriever) and entertained with Mark’s stories of interesting finds he uses in his home and business (including a beautiful 1940s stove and a 1200lbs table saw).
After bumbling around the workshop (and by bumbling I mean I knocked over a very large can of thinner) we took some great shots of Mark and his work, which I hope show his down to earth approach to his art and the amazing craftsmanship often lost in the age of mass production.
